Bird Vlade Cassell Dale rules. I agree with your overall point though. I'm a little disappointed in the direction Steroid took his team; my Coleman sentiments have been stated already; Assani has huge risks on his squad. Ruffneck screwed himself a bit with the Redd choice.

I like JoA's squad a lot. Solid all around. Same with Horizon. And I think Seadood has one of the best teams so far.

give me a couple minutes to do some last-minute reassurance that this is the right pick, smoke a cig to think about it, then i'll put it up

I've got mixed feelings about RJ.

1. How do you mention his hot girlfriend without mentioning the gay rumors that surround him? Obv cover up. They just shop together.
2. Stats say he's very solid, heart can't stand him. I really think he's already peaked. Like 2 years ago.

I actually considered it way more likely he would slip another half-dozen spots than RJ, and I wanted both.

I like Steve Smith a solid amount more than Allan Houston, but like the way he fits for Clark better. Both got the best player for their team.

I only remember Houston from the end of his days with the Knicks and only saw Smith a couple times in his career. Could you outline the differences because I always thought they were pretty similar (good outside stroke with a decent ability to score for themselves inside and out).

Houston is sort of the definition of a pure shooter thrust into a bulk scorer role. He excels on the perimeter.. wasn't that efficient or great at scoring other ways. He could do it but he wasn't amazing or anything. And he didn't do anything else (literally). Poor defender, poor rebounder, nothing special passing-wise. Stats say he protected the ball fairly well for a scorer, so that's good.

Smith on the other hand was just a pretty solid all around player. Decent outside game but no assassin or anything. Just a pretty talented guy all around. Not a great first option, but a very nice share the load kinda guy. Key player on some of those solid ATL teams.

I like him more the RJ, fwiw.

ok, knew the rush of bad picks would start. houston? yes, cool name ruled after him, but just was never the type of player all the new york media attention reported him to be. steve smith is the best of the 3 picks. i was looking at thunder dan, but again, he's a guy i thought was a lot better than how he actually played.
