Holy crap, Lauren Jackson, where have you been all my life? She's hot and a badass baller.

Are the new flop no calls and more recent attempt at flop fines going to hurt people like Vlade Di-flop in this format?

I'd beat the breaks off of LoJack.

I liked Strickland. Always thought he was underrated, likely due to clubhouse issues.

Great pick, was wondering if everyone else had forgot about him given the other PGs drafted.

Gotta add this to Strickland's profile:

- Referenced by Raekwon in final line of Wu-Tang Clan's "Triumph"

I think he was close to the best available PG drafted although he does have attitude problems and there are other good PGs available.

At his max he was a 19/9/5 guy with nearly 2 spg althouggh he had a lot of TOs. He does have a career 18 per and a max 21.6 per at a max of 54% TS%. . Defensively while not being special he's probally average. Offensively I think he's a good/really good pick.

Man, where were you when I needed someone to point out Mookie has a career 17 per, a max of 20.4 and a max 54.8% TS%?

I dont know about strickland with the dream, I woulda taken a better shooting PG. I loved the GLen rice pick for his team, but having both odom and strickland starting is gonna hurt the team. Now there are 2 players on the team with questionable range and can be left alone on the perimiter to double the dream.

no question he was one of the top 50 point guards in NBA history. Just a ok fit for his team, not even a bad fit but ok.

His next pick will definately need to be a pure shooter type player.

Blah, when I offered to trade up this round, it was for Strickland. Good pick.

He's top 10 in assists all time, I think he's pretty damn good and lasted a long time. He's probally top 25 if not higher although he does have attitude problems and is not a great, efficient shooter, he's a great passer.

I like the pick, but I don't think he's better than any of the ones drafted.

edit: said that before checking his stats. Pleasantly surprised. A little inefficient with his poor shooting for my liking, but it's not like he's woeful and he does everything else well.

I'd take him over Starbury in a second.

FWIW I was considering Smits with my last pick but decided to risk leaving him and taking him here. The whole saga with Franchise's pick toyed with me too much dammit.

Truth be told Clark is that I was gonna draft Mookie if you hadn't taken him like 2 picks before me. I'd probably take Strickland over Mookie if these teams were actually going to play but with the analytical approach to deciding who wins the game I thought that Mookie would be a better selection do to what he adds to the argument as far as his defensive #s. You beat me to it though.
