Re: Modern Era NBA Build a Franchise Draft Discussion

Wow, this sucks - still no pick.

Anyone play Rock Band? I like the Pixies.

"cease to resist, giving my goodbye/
drive my car into the ocean/
you'll think i'm dead, but i sail away..."

Also, Aerosmith sucks. That train can keep a rollin right up your ass Mr. Tyler.

waaaa-a-a-a-ave, waaaa-a-a-a-ave.....

The aerosmith verison of "Train kept a rollin" isn't that bad as long as you haven't heard the Yardbirds version. Yardbirds just absolutely killed that song. So good.

Fair enough.

Eulogy is a little early though. The thread will be fine.

Re: Modern Era NBA Build a Franchise Draft Discussion

ehh...like I pointed out awhile ago it's just the new version of the NBA regular season thread. it's a place for SE posters to get together and post, sometimes it's constructive, sometimes it's not. the mchale "discussion" replaced the kobe/LBJ "debate." there are many other examples, but overall it's still fun and will go back to normal as soon as mmbt0ne makes his pick and we get things rolling.

btw, if he doesn't go on 2p2 after 48 hours, can we assume he quit 2p2 forever and assign someone to his team until proven otherwise?

Don't give his pick to someone else, just skip him until he gets back. And then be like "lol you got skipped," and he'll be like ""

Re: Modern Era NBA Build a Franchise Draft Discussion

i think it's more fair to have a good bball poster make his pick than to have him be skipped.

IE i dont want any team to be punished, but i feel like giving their pick to someone else would punish negligent posters

I just think it's really weird he hasn't logged into 2p2 for 2 days particularly given how active he appears to be. Also, the fact that he's updated his blog just leaves me very

where do you rank pau gasol currently among active players who have been drafted? i mean at their current age, not the 24 y/o. slightly off topic but i cant figure out whether i think he's overrated or underrated

I was super addicted to this for the 360. Untapped potential is wicked broken, don't use it it'll make the game way too easy all your rookies will end up being better than Kobe after 4-5 seasons if you spam it.

Sidenote: I'm totally high on absinthe right now and watned to say **** you all for hating on my Jermaine Dupri pick, dude had like 20 defensive win shares one season and while I don't know what that means it's a big ****ing number.

Back after the game. Still waiting on a terrible post that I have made.

Only thing I have seen so far is bias against a new poster with a low post count. Sorry to infiltrate your "community" with actual knowledge and opinions. Apparently logical thinking and accurate prognostications are not welcome here.
