I think it's a good pick. I would have taken Camby with Dirk or Camby with Lebron or Magic. I think he's a pretty underrated player but fell b/c of injuries. Also not a huge fan that offensively he's more of a shooter than a post scorer.

Wow. Initially if someone took Camby I'd have said he went too high, but MJ is arguably the one player who this works with. I have to think about that more, but initially it seems like a great duo.

horace grant being seriously undersold - the general was a great post defender, good passer, great #3 scorer with good moves to the basket. Awesome rebounding efficiency too esp. considering bulls' rotating center situation.

He's an excellent post defender, and off the ball defender. His TS% is low (50%) but PER pretty high for a great defender. 98 career DeRat is really, really good. He's also been limited to about 32-33 mpg which is a little low.

this is actually a detriment in this league. while a guy like penny has a chance of being more healthy (assani has ruled out he could actually fall apart faster), a guy who never got hurt doesnt have a chance to be healthier. he will get hurt a certain percent of the time.

Also kidcollin fwiw Camby was one of the bigmen who I thought was better than Vlade. Obv injuries are a concern though.

i plan on noting that his injury was a sudden occurance (in which he dislocated his kneecap, sprained his MCL and partially tore his patella).

Camby + MJ is VN. Camby was high on my list of bigs but the Bambi thing really scared me. Though alot of the bigs left also have injury concerns. Nice pick though.

Camby is a lot better rebounding too. Defense and Rebounding much more important than passing/scoring (especially since Camby has a pretty good jumpshot anyway) when u have someone like Bird on your team.
