You were going with the cleanest of clean players and one of the dirtyest players. I like. Would be tough to go inside.

Lambeer could do all the dirty work while Robinson prayed for his soul.

Lambeer's an awesome pick, was praying he fell to me, would of been sick with Webber.

yeah gotta admit was sorta hoping Laimbeer would fall that far, but it was a long shot. I know I'd get made fun of for having a slow unathletic team but then you'd all be like "omg white boys are beating me whambulance"

I hate Laimbeer.

He's a decent pick, but I hate Laimbeer.

Al J is a good pick, he was someone I thought was going to be very good value in the 3rd. Paired with Kobe you get just a sick offense, you can just fill the team up with a lot of role players at this point.

Jefferson's TS% is decent but not amazing but then again he hasn't been on a good team. He is one of the better rebounders though and probally the best available one with a good offensive game. He does have a short sample size but definitely longer than Bynum by a mile. There's no contest I'd prefer Jefferson to Bynum and it's not really close to me.

Round 2: Pick 73 G Terry Porter

Terry Porter gives me three valuable things in this draft: versatility, durability, and efficiency.

He gives me versatility because he can play either the 1 or 2 with ease. Early in his career as the starting point guard, he averaged nearly 9 assists per game. Then, he was shifted over to the two spot for a better passer and he did what he always did - tickle the twine like mad. In this league I can go either way, giving me the option of selecting the best player available in the later rounds, and not being confined to pick a specific position.

He gives me durability because he missed significant time only once in his career, and that came when he was 31. He will show up every game and play alongside another iron man in David Robinson.

Finally, and most importantly, he gives me efficiency. From ages 24-29, he shot .487 from the field including nearly .400 from the 3 point line. His TS% was a ridiculous .587. Not only can he find Robinson in the post, he can knock down the open shots if someone dares double him.

Porter's team only once failed to miss the post season.

Relevant stats (from 24-29):
*17 points, 8 assists, and 4 rebounds
*.587 TS%
*.393% from the 3

Team So Far
1:8 - C David Robinson
2:73 - G Terry Porter

IDK do you think they'd be able to get along without killing eachother?

I cam across a great snap when searching for Laimbeer pics. See, the Piston's knew how to slow Jordan down.

That Lambeer photo is AWESOME. Whose foot is that by their heads? He is in for a rough fall, whoever it is.
