I just realize u guys are all stat junkies, and never actually saw McHale play so you don't appreciate his greatness.

Dude, the entire "odds Boston wins 3 championships in 3 sports' thread. That was the first time I interacted with you and I could've swore you were a total troll. Then I saw you post in some other threads and I realized you were a decent poster. Then I saw you playing mid stakes NL and realized you had to be halfway intelligent to beat that. Then I interacted with you in our fantasy league and again had respect for you. But then I debated one of your home teams again(for get the thread) and it was back to "wow this guy has to be trolling to really believe it." At that point I realized you were just a total homer.

If you would've asked me before this draft started to name one poster who would've overrated players on a certain team I would've named you and the Celtics. Do you really think its a coincidence then that thats exactly how it turned out?

Hubbie Brown, Charles Barkley, and tons of other NBA anaylists who actually saw him play. The only reason he isn't at the top of the greatest PF discussion ever is a freak injury he played on+coming off the bench for 5 years before that.

Agreed completely. But then you deal with people like me who agree with you on many many things and who is also a winning poker player and able to be somewhat rational. And we agree on almost everything except evaluation of your home teams. Do you have any reason to believe that I would be biased against Boston teams for some reason? If not, why do you think that we agree on a lot but disagree on almost everything Boston related?

I gave Bobbo this, and plenty of others as well. Please find a few homerish statements I said in this thread (the one you claim I was a complete homer in).

Infact my odds of them winning the championship were all very very accurate, and a lot more accurate than everyone else's infact.

I knew this type of "No look at these bad things I've said about my team before" post was coming. Theres really just no arguing with you regarding your home teams. Every single person in the thread tells you you're being biased, but you absolutely refuse to believe it. And then the talk changes to anything non-Boston and you're a smart, well thought out poster. Absolutely baffles me....

hopefully soon, because the bulk of his posts seem come between 8-11PM EST

it seemed like the end 1st/start 2nd rounds was faster, but that could be because of all the double picks

LOL at manipulating Charles' quote into saying that McHale is better than Charles.

Look, I am very in favor of ignoring stats to a certain extent in basletball. And I believe it. However, McHale at #20 or whatever gives full value to ignoring those stats. Anything else is silly.

24, I never saw him play (except in like 15 games on ESPN Classic) so I just go on what people who actually played vs him/saw him play said since they have a better idea than u and me, and not just strictly on stats like u guys.

And please point out a few things I said that are homerish in that thread, i'm dying to know.

Anyways i'm going out for the night, I'll eagerly wait for these homerish things I said in that thread to appear tomorrow.

EDIT: And yes I know I came off like a huge douchebag in that thread, I just thought it funny how much Boston hating/underappreciating was going on (and it looks like I was very very right).

who the **** is on the clock.

Epip are you an only child? You sound like it. I bet when you played cops and robbers when you were a kid and someone pointed their finger gun and said "gotcha you're dead!!" you'd be that kid who always ruined the game and always argued any way you could that you weren't dead because of XYZ.

Glad to see KKF trolling this thread. No knowledge of basketball obv. Probably watches 5'6" Korean centers in pick up games all day.

I'm out for the weekend back sometime Sunday afternoonish. Sending no one my list because it's not getting to me and my list isn't nearly deep enough so that my 6 or so faves right now will last.

TBach, its pretty clear you are making people like your team less by making ridiculous claims like Kemp > Barkley and Deron is as likely to get hurt as Hill. And talking trash on my main man StockDizzle. Take it down a notch buddy.

I really don't feel like it dude. We've been through this all before. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I CAN SAY TO EVER MAKE YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND. If I thought there was a chance you'd change your mind, then I'd give it a go but its just pointless.

At this point I'm honestly much more interested in getting into the mind of a homer than actually debating with you whether you are one or not. Honest question: Do you think we all are biased against Boston sports? Do you think its just a coincidence that you and I seem to agree on 90% of things non-Boston related but on 0% of things Boston related? Do you think I in particular am biased against Boston? These things fascinate me....
