I like Nance a lot.. don't think he needed to trade up 10 picks to get him, though. Take advantage of us young'uns who are going to pick more recent dudes

The smile is of him trying to sell u on how trading Jordan for Ewing+his 4th rounder would be a great trade for u but even he knows how ridiculous what he is proposing is and is trying to hold back his laughter, but u become hypnotized that its the greatest trade ever.

is that an era in 2p2 history? does that mean there's another one called the "fast food era" IMO someone needs to write a 2p2 history book. i could write chapters about theredpill and dead, two of the greats.

We could start with a 2+2 wiki, because I too am interested in knowing what the salad days means.

Re: Modern Era NBA Build a Franchise Draft Discussion

wtf maybe I'm the old man in this thread. Salad Days

Although I'm using it slightly incorrectly, I think, probably due to the Minor Threat song called Salad Days

Basically it's a term to refer to youthful times, hinting on the idealism we remember it for.

edit: Oh so Wiki kinda hints at the meaning I intended: "More modern use, especially in the United States, refers to a person's heyday when somebody was at the peak of his/her abilities—not necessarily in that person's youth."

So in the Minor Threat song, Ian MacKaye is singing about how he remembers how awesome the hardcore scene was when they got started, but now they're getting old and jaded, but also sort of acknowledging that they were blissfully ignorant in those days.

Hopefully you've all learned something today. Don't trade with Clark

Yeah, I'd never heard it either, I thought it was before my time, sort of like the short lived woody era.
