Lots of great combo's out there.

I love Reggie, but as others have said the pairing with Rodman, whom I also love, doesn't seem to fit.

Hill-Kemp is awesome, Kemp was one of those players that I was unsure about, he did so much before 24 which I think hurt him a bit. I would have thought he'd gone lower or garnered more hate, but w/e.

GKA and EPI's teams seem the easiest to build around. Deke/Arenas has that potential but we'll have to wait out a few more picks.

I'm not as sold on the Bosh/Worthy combo, but Bosh was a pretty good pick at that point.

I was one that was very high on Joe D. Great efficiency and volume for such a defensive stalwart. I don't think there are any defenders lest at that position that can score as efficiently as him, and with the plethora of great SG/SFs scorers, you kill 2 birds/1 stone by getting Joey D. Perhaps 3 if you have him bringing the ball up. This was the first and only guy to give MJ fits, but eventually Jordan figured out how to score on JoeD as he did with everyone. Underrated imo. Even if he was a reach, nobody here can bank on trades so if that's the guy you want.

Anything not ******ed is automatically improved. If it really seems like two owners are colluding then I'll ask them to both publicly provide their reasoning for the trade and if it still seems sketchy then they're out of the league no questions asked. We will find replacements for their team.

I think MEbenflow's team is very solid thus far.

I thknk the late picks have a huge advantage in this draft - another reason why I dont see why you guys are all agreeing on the reverse snake format.

Aside from the top ten picks - people who draft between 10-20 or 25 imo really get screwd...I would rather have two really good player than one superstar and a decent player.

Just got back, got about 20 pages of this thead to read. The Kemp pick is pretty solid, he was someone who I was wondering where he would go. Hill and Kemp is a dangerous front line. The Rodman pick is good too, he's someon I thought people might overlook and get stoeln later.

solid but unusual. not too many championship teams had a core of a 2 and a 4. most teams that have succeeded with the best player a 4 had either a great 1 or 5 to go along with the 4. most teams with the best player a 2 had either a great 5 or 3.

Yeah I forgot about him as well. RayRay is a great guy to pair up with Elton. I think he's the next best lights-out volume shooter behind Reggie. Elton is a beast as well.

If you have pick 20 the reverse snake doesn't affect you at all, and anything later it gets increasingly advantageous. The people who get screwed are the worst are those of us at 11-15, post-Kobe, because there were no real epic stars left and those picks are not incredibly better than people available at 20-25.

If you have 16-19 it hurts you a little but not that much, you lose under only 3-9 positions in the third round. At #13 I lose 15 places in the third round.

meh f that noise. No one is beating Larry Squared regardless of who fills the extra spots.

Larry had Reg, so you will still need to find someone who can shoot.

oh wait...

I dunno about early guys having a disadvantage. The top 10 picks are pretty much locks, whilst many of these picks now have question marks and obvious weaknesses. Agree that middle guys get screwed a bit.

The advantage the top 10 got from snake is much bigger than any advantage the bottom ten will get from reverse snake. Whats most important is that it is far in the sense that the guy with the 35th pick can beat the guy with the 5th pick, I think reverse easily does a better job of that.

For someone to trade from a spot around where we are at now to the bottom of this round better be asking for a ton in return.

Wow at the Kemp pick! I'm surprised that it does not stir more reaction, especially paired with Grant Hill. That's not going to be the worst team in the league by year 6. It's funny that's Hill's pick generated a lot of discussion because of his lack of longevity, while Kemp has the same problem.
Personaly, I like the strategy, this team is going to be insanely good in the fisrt five years. DUring this time, when both players were playing at their best level, those two piks probably have the best value in the draft so far.
