Dumar's ran the point as well fwiw.

it's funny, the trend early on was all centers, now it seems PGs/combo guys are going FAST. i suppose the next rush will either be PFs or SFs, amirite?

I actually don't mind the Gilbert pick especially considering his first pick was Deke. At the same time, I can think of a number of players I would've taken over him, but that's the whole fun of this, amirite?

Wow, Gilbert?! Injuries, inefficiency, wow. He was going to be picked in this round sure but I wasnt even considering him (maybe that because I already have one injury prone guy and had to rule out other injury prone guys)

Dumars is a solid pick in my eyes, great role player and always got the job done. He has to get picked eventually, maybe a tad early but then again, maybe the alternative options did not work for his team.

Dumars, on the other hand, I am not so hot on. And to say that he's better than Billups is a complete joke.

Didn't know that (I didn't watch much 80's bball), if you put him at pg then I love the pick, although you don't really have an elite scorer in this league (no I don't consider cwebb elite in this league).

wait, checked out who serg drafted first - mt muhtombo. guys gotta consider who everyone is playing with. i really like the gilbert pick BECAUSE he's paired with mutombo. gilbert loves the ball constantly in his hands, he wont need to share it on his team. in fact, i cant really think of anyone "better" for his team, if he's building that sort of tema

No one's taken this guy yet. Sergsz' first pick was dikembe.

i mean, dumars is a great role player, but as the 2nd cornerstone, i just dont know if he can get the job done

not that he's not TO prone, but a better indicator is TO%, and although Gilbert is still bad, paints a less bad picture.

I can think of 2 or 3 spot shooters that should have gone before Arenas... I'm actually suprised to see him go this early, way bigger shock than Dumars imo

cwebb was never the first option on those kings teams. i remember peja was their leading scorer and bibby was the MAN in the playoffs. even still it's possible to have a balanced offense but thats never as much fun.

Yeah and he ran it on his own when Thomas left. His versatility at playing both positions is one of the main reasons I picked him.
