When I think of JR Smith I honestly think he's very similar to Kobe. They're both insanely stubborn, yet seemingly capable of anything. The difference is that Kobe came into the league and got to play with the man of all men, Shaq, whereas JR Smith was forced to start on a ****ty new orleans team with a coach that he didn't get along with. Once Shaq left Kobe, Kobe never really got it together until this season. You take JR Smith off the Nuggets and put him in San Antonio, which might happen, and you'll see a VERY different player. You're underrating just how bad his situations have been.
