the best pairing for Marbury imo would've been a high efficiency offensive guy who is a great defender.

Well Barbosa is .581 TS% for his career and takes 14 shots per 36 minutes, only one fewer than Marbury. Maybe he's not the greatest defender but we're getting to the point where you have to give up something, anyway even if I don't have a great defense I'm gonna score a lot of points and it worked pretty well Barbosa's actual team.

+1

Barbosa is prob going to be on the court w/ Marbury 20+ minutes a game. Both those guys are below average defenders and in this league, it could be the worst defensive front court.

If I were in your shoes, I'd draft a good defensive role player at the 2, preferably one that is 6'5"+ and can hit the three, and bring Barbosa off the bench.

wow, you're looking at something nasty. let me know once it gets closer to 200 if you're still looking to move up, cause moving up 55 spots now could easily cost 5+10 = 6+7

I looked at Manning w/ my last pick b/c of his athleticism and b/c he could run w/ the rest of my team but he just doesn't rebound well enough and he also tore his ACL his rookie year which caused him to be pretty much a part time guy for his career. I always loved watching Manning, injuries really played a big part in his career.

All of your information is from research as well so don't act elitist.

Can those who have seen him explain more about his game? Is the Amare comparison legit?
