Yeah hopefully he shows up and posts it. I would suggest nicholas PM his list to someone only to keep the draft moving through the weekend if it doesn't get to him.

I said that I was going to take him in the fourth if he was available, provided I could get my 1/2 option in the third. That may have been what who he was referring to. Either way, the pick wouldn't have been there when it got back around.

And I wanted to mention that it sucks to get off work and see no new picks

Now I'm not bashing him, as his numbers are great. I'm just wondering "how?"
Ray Allen is plenty quick enough to beat guys off the dribble and get to the basket. Is he as quick as Iverson or explosive as Lebron or Vince attacking the hoop? No, but he's adequate enough in both areas. I think there are some Ray Allen highlight pieces on youtube you'll see him attacking the basket and banging on people he just doesn't do it all the time. He made a nice explosive move in the game last night. Everyone just wants to label him as a jump shooter but Ray Allen can score in a variety of ways. I'm not sure where the element surprise comes from when Ray Allen drives to the basket or dunks. If you've been watching him since UCONN and in Seattle that's always been part of his game. I guess after awhile when you are hidden away in Seattle and you get labeled has having the sweetest jump shot in the game then everyone just figures all you can do is shoot.

I'd let you take over my franchise but I don't know if that is allowed. I'm pretty outclassed in this and would have a lot more fun just reading and discussing.

If this post if over the line, I'll delete it.

dtemp,

I would have no problems with you giving your team to lapoker. Not my decision, but I don't think that it'd be a problem at all. FWIW I didn't think your first two picks were that bad (I gave it a B+ in my grades).

Ray is actually pretty sick at just creating his own 3. His release is just sick quick.

I think value of those 2 is high and close to what they should have gone although Boozer maybe a little high same with Dirk, now together I'm not so high on then again it's really hard to judge now.

If any other spots happen to open, I'd like to be on the alternate list

if dtemp isn't enjoying it then fine. Don't want him to feel pressured just cuz some dude thinks he'd be awesome, though. I didn't like the Boozer pick but Dirk is frickin' sick and you can fix whatever holes the current lineup has.

I'm still enjoying it to a certain extent. And I really don't mind the heat I got for my boozer pick. But when I see someone who missed the thread and would be enjoying it a lot more than me, I think why not?

If dtemp is going to give his spot up, any way a few of us could take it over by committee?

We could call the team the "Viewers' Choice".
