I wouldn't mind seeing that fight, Nick is really good off his back & i'm not sure colby has great bjj. It's one thing for GSP to hold Nick down and stop his offense off his back but Colby? Not sure.

Pretty much all the top contenders at WW now would likely smash Nick

Ditto for Nate at 155

Atleast they both should be decent dogs in fights like that. Weird situation because if they comeback and just get crushed by a current contender then their marketability is gone pretty fast.

huge colby hater, he'd win every single time vs nick.

nick would get controlled, colby wouldn't do much damage. nick would say something about how he's never lost an actual fight, but he just got taken down and controlled for the time limit.

So UFC might strip Colby b/c they are desperate for PPV headliner and he's not ready. They sure love mess good fights b/c they have way too many cards.

I don't think they believe Colby is injured, Colby has come & said to the media that he wants to fight Woodley in November to be on the MSG card so he can get ppv points. If Colby isn't really injured then he will be forced to sign for September, if he's injured it's a ****tty move but if he isn't then i love it.

At the time i was convinced that colby vs rda was made an interim title fight so that they could get woodley to stop dreaming about a big money superfight and force his hand to fight the interim champ. A bit funny that it now seems the other way with colby not wanting the fight.

Think id prefer a till vs woodley fight anyways

All i said was he ain’t gsp, so it should me more difficult and maybe Colby would need to use different tactics as well .

In the following post I said a lot of current contenders would school both Diaz bros and thus the marketability/name they have right now will dim pretty fast.

Nates a draw but once it is proven he is like the 8th best guy at 155 then he isn't really gonna be selling fights anymore. Why he is waiting around for McGregor part 3.
