From what I've read, UFC is still expected to get 3-4x the 115 million that they got from the previous FOX deal. That deal expires in 2018.

august 26th sounds close, this fight needs months upon months of promotion & several press conferenes etc, only way they will get the #'s they want. If this isn't a promotional circus with the two best shiiit talkers in combat sports then this probably does 2.5m tops, hope they keep that in mind cause i'm anticipating the circus more than the fight itself.

Sure, that & max kellerman hosting face off, but i think they need even more than that. Can't wait for the circus though, the fight game needs Mcgregor, mma been boring without it this year due to all the injuries.

Helen Yee confirmed it as well, there's a new video of Mayweather running outside last night, Jeff Mayweather says they could fight anywhere from 147 to 152 pounds.

Speaking of Bellator, that PPV next week is a decent card but I really don't know why they want to put on a PPV. It isn't going to make a ton more $ than a free card and the audience will be like 5-10% of what a free card would.

Should just put it on Spike and continue trying to grow the audience. PPV is dying anyway, UFC can't even sell PPV's.

Trying to get into PPV in 2017 seems like buying a chain of blockbusters 15 years ago.

I guess it is MM but not like he beat anyone close to Aldo and he didn't win belts in 2 weight classes either.
