Tough fight to score but I think giving Mas 2 out of 3 rounds would be a bit much. Rds 2 and 3 I thought Maia had them.

So Maia vs Woodley is next. Woodley must be thrilled for that exciting big money fight.

Objectively, Maia prbly won.

Your scoring is off tho, Masvidal won rd 2 more than rd 1. Rd 1 he had a backpack for the bulk of it.

Maybe Mas won rd 2 more than rd 1, thought the rd 1 flurry beat anything he did in rd 2. Really I think Maia won all 3 rounds but 1 and 2 by slimmest of margins.

Thoughts on the ME? Seems like a variance vest with these two but JDS has the higher potential as a fighter to me. I didn't really listen/read any analysis about this fight.

Definately agree that Masvidal did more damage but he also spent about half the fight with the best BJJ guy in the UFC having his back. Feel like Masvidal was in more danger of being finished for that time than Maia was at any stage.

This is likely to be about as good a women's fight as you're going to find.

Andrade had a war with Angela Hill, one of the best 2 or 3 WMMA fights ever. Zingano/Nunes is #1 like I've said for years.

Didn't see undercard but don't think main lived up to expectations. Maia/Mas was just ok, Frankie dominated, Joanna dominated.
