romero has some slick BJJ but he's not going to last long if he doesn't learn to strike. A very nice straight armbar but nearly zero striking.

I assume this is going to have a finish, because they usually show fights with a good finish when they have extra time because the two prelims fights were quick.

I think Mark Coleman used headbutts back in the day. Don't know if it was early UFC or PRIDE though.

yes, in the very first UFC tournaments the only rules were no eye-gouging, fish-hooking or biting. Headbutts, nutshots, small joint manipulation, all good.

PRIDE never allowed those, but they came along later than the UFC.

ref took his time, usually its stopped after 3/4 punches when someone is down like that.

Bonnar's been a victim of some bad luck recently imo. He lost his last 3 fights, but the Soszynski fight he didn't really lose, and the Coleman fight he should have easily won if he wasn't ******ed throwing pointless spinning back kicks and getting taken down.
