weidman hendricks just doesn't have the same ring than gsp silva discussion once did

Boxing and MMA and any other fighting sport are run by the exact same athletic commissions. That's why the exact same things happen in all of them. People who blame the UFC for the bad judging don't understand that as the promoter they have no control over it.

You really believe he made the decision to retire on the spot after the fight just because it hadn't gone too good for him?

That decision was taken a long time ago. He could have knocked out Hendricks in 10 seconds and he would have still announced his retirement/long break.
