Yeah, not the worst decision you're ever going to see but pretty bad.

Jones fights with DC both did 800k+

Tough for him to draw too much when he is like -500 vs anyone else

We'll see how much of a draw Khabib is when he is fighting like Dustin Piorier. Ferguson seems done, Nate won't fight him.

If JBJ is doing 800+ vs a legit name and 500+ vs an unknown then I doubt Khabib is doing much more than that in similar situations but time will tell.

DC isn't just a legit opponent. He's one of the greatest fighters of all time. There are no other DC fights out there for Jones.

Funny reading this thread today I learned that both Tony Ferguson and Conor McGregor are done with MMA lol. There are tons of fights out there for Khabib. Max Holloway is another possibility.

Yeah Max would be a legit superfight but I don't think Khabib is that far ahead of JBJ as a draw. I would say they're comparable.

My point re Jones is he would be more of a draw if the LHW division had more than like 3 good fighters come up in the past decade. And if LW ends up dying up quickly then Khabib may be in a similar situation.

Wow, Masdival had been winning the standup last 5 mins or so before that. Seemed to be settling in to a nice rhythm in there.

That was the best Masvidal has ever looked, he actually looked like a legit 170lber for the first time of his career, probably put on like 5-6lbs of muscle for this fight.

yeah, can he stay on his feet against the top wrestlers in the division?

him and Askren next?

Can Askren resist getting knocked out? Askren looked terrible last fight & was lucky the ref made a mistake, the UFC shold give Askren either Maia or Robbie next & do something else with Jorge.

Lawler/Masdival would be fun but kinda step down for Masdival after shutting Till's lights out.

link to that DreamCrusher? Where was it? The presser or something?

I watched it on ESPN+ post fight. They were starting to interview Masvidal and then he left the interview to throw hands lol. I'm sure it will be all over the internet soon enough.

What an idiot, jesus

Although now that I think of it, they can fight next rather than get wrestle****ed by Askren for 3-5 rounds.

ESPN+ official provider of all UFC PPV's until 2025.

What exactly does that mean? You need the ESPN+ app to order the PPV's now?

Don't think it is a WWE network type deal where you pay a flat monthly rate.

edit: Yes, that is what it means.

Correct, US PPVs can only be ordered through the ESPN+ app. The UFC will continue to manage the sports bar business separately.

I'm against the PPV model in general in 2019 but if there is still a demand for it then this seems like good news, IMO. Since ESPN will have full control of it they will be able to offer bundle discounts.

I recall one time receiving like a 2 for 1 discount on some UFC PPVs several years back. I thought it was genius because they got me to order PPVs that I otherwise would have had no interest in ordering. I wondered why the UFC didn't do more of this and apparently it's because they would have to get oks from all their distributors. With it all going through ESPN+, ESPN could offer yearly bundles or ESPN+ bundles or multi-ppv discounts. Seems like a win. People that can't access apps aren't living in 2019.

Yeah, PPV is dying but not fast enough if Jones/Anthony Smith did like 550k buys.

Could go along with ESPN paying more than was previously speculated re: rights given up by FOX.

Has to be something that helped him cut weight to make 125, if it's anything else i'm seriously disappointed.
