He looked big vs Edgar

Cruz would be a great commentator if he'd just stop trying to predict ****. Sounds stupid.

You may be right. For whatever reason I'm noticing it more tonight.

Good fight so far.

Nice win for Max

That's well done.

Jose has nothing to complain about.

Yeah he got outclassed.

Not sure where he goes from here.

Who is next for Max? Edgar?

Edgar is clearly next, will be a good scrap too.

Aldo maybe had an injured foot or something, only way to explain the no leg kicks.

p.s Aldo should retire, nothing left to prove, he's a hall of famer, is financially set for life as well i think.

Doubt he retires, he is still the #1 Brazilian draw

can headline a few more cards there over the years

The problem though is that max probably isn't even in his prime yet, Aldo is on the decline, he can't catch him at this point. If he continues maybe move to 155.

Claudia will wait for winner of rose vs jj i assume? will be gr8 third fight.

0 leg kicks and moving straight back when he was getting hit, Jose gave himself no chance.

First round and half he looked great when he had the energy, not so great from then on.

Don't think Holloway was special tbh, he took the opportunity presented well but he won't trouble McGregor.

I don't know, I thought Holloway looked pretty damn good to be fair. I'd favour McGregor if he could get to the weight without killing himself, but it would be a very much live fight imo.

I think what I seen last night was Holloway being prepared to take a few, bite down on his gum guard and try give some back. Had a bit of determination about him to finish a gassed Aldo who only used half his weapons.

Really don't think he could trade with Conor like that, not that there is any chance of them fighting again without mega millions on the line for Mc.

First UFC I watched in months, turned off by the whole McGregor boxing gimmick. He either gets to fight Mayweather asap or should be made to stfu and defend his UFC title. I'd prefer the latter.

Been saying from the start that women's UFC isn't for me, last night didn't change my thoughts. Should have ladies nights only, see how much interest there is then cos I've got absolutely none at all. Always on at crucial time of night here too, just before main event when the chance of falling asleep is greatest.

Cruz with some the worst commentary ever btw...'he's waiting for 3 minute mark to let go' crickets until 1 minute later.....'he's waiting for 2 minute mark before'.....Someone lands 'told you he was conserving energy blah blah blah'.

Stfu and describe the fight that's happening now! pretty good at that tbf.

You guys are talking as if McGregor was still gonna fight in the ufc.

After Floyd, I doubt he comes back. He'll probably become a hollywood actor or something.

cool card, felt a bit sad for Aldo, Max really wanted to KO him, while having about 100 openings to submit/choke him. Max is legit af tho, he probably gets Frankie/Cub next, which should be an awesome fight as well.

also how about that Borrachinha guy? jfc

lol yep, women fights on the card dictates whether i'll stay up and watch a card too, no way I'm staying awake after 4am when you have to sit through at least 30 minutes of build up, and a women's fight which I'll never care about.

The Holloway we saw yesterday would get KOd in 1 round by McGregor. His striking just wouldn't be able to compete with Conor and Conor would pick him apart. Good for him though, he looked good vs Aldo,

Nah, he always gasses when fighting at a high pace, max just had the elite striking to put him away.

disapointing imo
yeah probably getting old, less consistent.

Conor ruined that division

There's Noone left who Conor didn't already destroy.
