Barco is weird right now. You can tell he's uber talented and seems dangerous but mostly he's just dribbling around the 18 aimlessly and noone else seems to be on the same page (or even in the same book) as him.

yeah barco had about a dozen dribbles to nowhere. doesn't really seem to fit the team

Also Almirón is frustrating b/c every shot is like he doesn't connect well with the ball. At least he can score a sitter from 6 yards away though.

It's crazy how much talent they've assembled and they're already way better than everyone else but could even be a lot better than this.

Also helps when you host every match.

Seems like they've just been super unlucky in the league. American Soccer Analysis actually has them 7th in the entire league and 3rd in the West in xGD. And they're the only team not currently in the playoffs in either conference with a +GD for the season (and 8th overall in the league at +4). We can only hope they show a bit of ambition in the offseason and spend, but that is unlikely.
