dude looks at the replay for like 5 minutes
of the play he was 5 yards away from looking right at live
and finally spots his "clear & obvious" mistake
PK+red 10 minutes in gg
saw replays of it for 5 minutes and i still couldn't say for sure that there was contact with the face
let alone that the contact warranted any decision from the ref
looked like a play on really
certainly not a "clear & obvious" mistake
whatever, MLS gonna MLS
independent panel agrees with me and unanimously rescinds the red card, in case anyone was worried that i was being a massive homer in that account above
but sadly they can't erase that this stupid mistake ruined what could have been a game 10 minutes in
anyway, good to see that the league is taking the issue of their awful reffing seriously
except this, which i was unaware of, is kinda dum:

Each club is entitled to two unsuccessful appeals per season, including playoffs.
why is there a limit to appeals?
actually, they should automatically review every red card as a matter of principle
