ok for lols... LV Lights goalie tackles an impact player 5 yds. outside the penalty box and gets a red card.

wat (on the goalie decision, not the red card which was obv) LVLols is a more appropriate name.

Only saw bits of it on a crappy stream but that guy looked like a complete character. Getting in player's faces over minor incidents, playing to the crowd, dribbling way outside his box, etc.

Apparently Mexican club teams have multiple youth teams, so each player has a unique jersey number
This way if Player A is promoted to the senior team, he doesnt have to change his number

Noone really liveblogs regular season games either. Love the guy's passion though.

Probably gonna go to Club América-Saprissa. Gonna be like 25k fans in Azteca which will make for a lame atmosphere. Kinda bummed I'll be leaving a day before a potential América-FC Dallas matchup.

Also the bracket ended up being ridiculously unbalanced. You have América, Tigres, and TFC all on one side. The other has Tijuana (traditionally not that good), Chivas (terrible in Liga MX this year), Sounders, and Red Bulls. Golden opportunity for an MLS side to get back to the finals.

Red Bulls just had a big signing a couple days ago with Kaku Gamarra for about a 6 million fee as a young DP.
