CCL Quarterfinals are back starting tomorrow, here's the schedule (these are mountain times I think):
I think Liga MX will crush again. Not b/c I don't think MLS has been making progress, but more b/c I believe the 2 teams closest, LAFC and ATL, are severely weakened. ATL have Josef and their whole backline out, LAFC are dealing with some injuries and have played 9 guys for 4 straight matches and are coming off a brutally fast-paced match.
Once we got to this stage last year, Santos beat NYRB 6-2, Tigres 3-0 over Houston, Rayados 3-1 over ATL, and Rayados 10-2 over KC in the semis. Hopefully it won't be quite that bad, but we'll see.
As for IMFC, the only MLS team who gets a non-Mexican opponent, I think circumstances are well in their favor for tomorrow.
Olimpia just played a match on Sat. night before having to fly to Montreal and somehow get acclimated to the **** weather and **** turf in Stade Olympique, all while only having 2 days rest. So I see the Impact jumping out to a 2 or 3 goal lead tomorrow night, then hanging on for dear life to just barely advance.
People have already realized Cruz Azul +308 was insanity and that's been bet down to +268, but I still really like that one a lot as well as the over 3. Will also take the Impact at -120 and the over in America/ATL.
