i guess this league1 is the division below cpl. vaughn won the ontario league, which has been around since 2014. laval won the quebec league (around since 2012), but they already lost to cpl hamilton 3-0. the bc league champs tss rovers are currently up 2-0 on cpl winnipeg, pretty cool. play the winner of calgary/victoria next, if they can hang on.
there's also a new alberta league starting next year, wonder if they're planning any more of these. more cpl teams all the time too, good stuff. arguably would be a good thing if montreal, toronto and vacouver left mls for cpl, build up a strong domestic system
