I've never bought a soccer jersey before. Is it basically your t-shirt size?

Usually, but with some companies jerseys run big so you have to go a size down. I'd be trying it on before spending that much anyway.

They got a return policy and the pink is less than half the cost of the game ones. Complete steal.

Offense looks alright so far defense not so much.

Plus they're starting some scrub from Clemson at striker who looks completely lost b/c their stud striker from Argentina is hurt.

man that martinez injury sucks bigtime.

I guess we can start the speculation on who ATL UTD will sign as a replacement.

Yah, I was joking, don't think they have the space anyway.

From what I understand, even if you lose a DP for the season and place him on the injured list, you don't get the DP slot back and only get like 200k extra to sign a replacement. I think ATL have some GAM saved up, so they'll probably be able to get someone decent but not great.

That’s a dumb rule. I gotta get a hold of the new CBA and read it!

MLS has decided it's more important to cater to the cheap owners than to let a team trying to win go out and bring a good player into the league.

Since we had a bit of French Cup discussion before, here's a friendly reminder that the semis are coming up tomorrow (Wed) and Thursday.

First match is Lyon hosting PSG

Thursday's semi is Saint-Étienne hosting Rennes

Lyon has had the most absurd draw in this thing.

In R32 they had to go to Nantes. Keep in mind at this level most Ligue 1 teams get a 3rd division team.

In R16 they had to go to Nice.

In the quarters they got Marseille, and now PSG in the semis.

Meanwhile Rennes got a freakin 4th division team in the quarters.

GG MLS!

Victor Wanyama joins Montreal Impact - Becomes fifth most valuable player in MLS

Well, he's a bit of a project. He was an absolute beast a couple years ago, but has been injury prone and his knees could be shot, so who knows. Nonetheless a pretty exciting signing for the league and the Impact.

Rayados in action tonight in Copa MX semis, gonna back them LFC?

Rayados are practically done in the league, so they might as well try to win a Copa.

Juárez are usually crap, but having themselves a nice run in the league and qualifying for the playoffs would be huge. As such I could see them putting out a weakened lineup here.

My degen parlay of the day is halfway there with PSG winning 5-1. Rayados and >3.5 is a bit tougher, but a 3-1 victory isn't out of the question. 28:1 would be a nice parlay hit. One time Rayados!

Ah thanks for the heads up. I think I will squeeze some Rayados wagers into my full Libertadores slate!

Is Copa MX 2 legs? If so this has the making of a boring 0-0 1-1 and then Rayados pumping them at home

2 legs.

Yah, that is my fear, but OTOH nothing has gone right for Rayados this season so I'm thinking they might let out some frustration on a way overmatched Juárez.

I always forget about Libertadores, but Quito/River Plate sounds like a fun match.

I'm on Quito!

Libertadores is my favorite competition outside of Europe, especially to bet on.

I'll have a small punt on Rayados too

Quito gave River an absolute beating. Every bit the 3-0 the scoreline reflected.

The best games are when the 2nd and 3rd tier teams get the big dogs at home. The 4th tier teams aren't really good enough but the 2nd tier teams most have never heard of always deliver at home. Jorge Wilsterman is one of my favorite teams to bet on because they aren't a very good team but play at like a million feet altitude so always do well at home against superior opposition
