fire haven't scored a goal last 4 games and they might not score again all season.

if they can't bury the wide open goal they shanked in 1h how are they ever gonna finish one.

i was watching that game, before switching to Dallas

the commentators weren't even trying to mute their contempt for some of the usual simulation / shenanigans

and Sporting bent over in the 4th minute.. nice set-piece corner and class goal

How is Miami still so bad? Now getting wrecked by DC at home.

ATL and LAFC threw a bunch of money at their teams like Miami and were already some of the best teams in the league by year 2 IIRC.

Playoffs are slightly less dumb this time around. 14 of 27 teams make the playoffs, which is still way too many, but better than the 18 of 26 we had last year.

First place in each conference also seems pretty important as they will go directly to the conference semis whereas 2-7 play each other in Round 1.

So winning the conference at least gives you a bit more title equity compared with 2nd place.

But yah, nothing matters all that much this early which has always been MLS's problem.

Hmm so apparently Dike was just on loan to Barnsley and is now back w/Orlando. In his first start he bangs in a brace lol. Can't imagine he'll be sticking around long, right?

He had a very solid season w/Barns and is only 21 so I'd imagine he'd fetch a nice price.
