ya watched the whole game and was surprised cuz I was really high on philly and after that collapse vs lag last week wasn't expecting much from miami.

but that's what great about MLS from week to week teams can look completely diff.

except of course for cinci who are just the worst ever every week.

I knew Chicharito would tear the league apart once he was in shape! Gonna be pissed if he wins the golden boot, I forgot to check for prices before the season started, but it was probably a great price since his 1st season was so miserable.

Holy ****, Tigres of Liga MX just signed Florian Thauvin! Such an absurd signing, he was the 7th most valuable player in the world with an expiring contract and was linked to some massive clubs in Europe (AC Milan, among others).

7th highest market value of any player whose contract is up. That's what I meant by expiring contract. In any case, his market value of ~25 million pounds is 16 higher than the current most valuable player in the league.

Watched my first lol MLS in over a year today. Was really impressed with the Clarke kid on RBNY. Really good and really fun to watch. Their #9 was hilariously lol though

Rossi is the most valuable player in MLS at 18, Vela 13.5, Atuesta 3.

It's a pretty big signing for Liga MX b/c they tend to have way more balanced rosters and prefer to pay a bunch of guys ~1 million instead of give out massive contracts. I think Thauvin will make 5 million which is a pretty nice get b/c it doesn't seem like they have to pay close to double like MLS usually does for top guys.

There are 2 guys named Cade(n) who are great USMNT prospects.

Caden Clarke for NYRB and Cade Cowell for SJ, both are only 17 and already among the best in the league.

Caden Clarke is only 17? Get that boy to Europe in a year or two and lfg! From my 70 minutes of Caden Clarke expertise his game reminded me a bit of Kaka

Don't think they even showed a decent replay on TV and for some reason VAR didn't look at it.

I slowed up YouTube and got this look. LAG is winning the ball and Chicharito is at the bottom in the orange boots. It looks somewhat close and I'd prob say he's 6 inches offsides. If not for the defender's trailing boot then he'd be way offside. If you look where the front of their bodies are compared to the 18, the defender is way closer.
