CCL R16 is in the books and delivered big time. 5 matchups went down to the final kick and 2 to PKs. We had a lolLigaMX and lolMLS. These are the exact results I would've hand picked myself. Impact get an easier matchup (which will still be a dogfight) and 3 MLS/Liga MX matchups. Matches resume on St. Patty's Day.

Nope, gonna be América/Impact with Impact getting revenge for the 2015 final. With the Impact needing a goal to ship the Cup, Thierry Henry subs himself in and bags the winner 6 minutes into stoppage time. You heard it here first.

Pity Martinez is finally starting to look like the player he was meant to be and Barco is slowly improving. I think Frank dB has a better idea what he wants to do with the squad. They lost 3-1 on agg. to Monterrey last year, but I think they'll be a tougher out this time around and América obv. looked like trash needing to go to pks to dispatch Communicaciones.

Only thing that sucks is that I've heard they won't be able to use the Benz. It would be a goddamn shame to host a match vs. América and not have that place rocking.

Janssen's been pretty disappointing. Doesn't look like he'll come into the league and boss like Gignac did. Big match for Rayados, if they don't win here, they can probably kiss the playoffs goodbye.

The Toluca goal was onside by 5 feet. The penalty could've been given but would've been a little soft.

In CCL it would be 1-0 MTY tho
