Here's you go, since I went through the hassle of calculating it. This is the percentage of times as a reliever that Chapman/Rivera gave up x number of earned runs. Figured earned was better than runs overall, though it only makes a marginal difference.

I excluded 1995 for Rivera, since he started 10 games that year.

Yes, we can all agree that Mariano Rivera was much, much worse over his career at shutting opponents out.

It's a great idea and I'm absolutely not doing anything like it. Sounds horrible, don't even know where to start.

What's the formal process to petition to join the NL East?

Yeah. That's why I asked, instead of doing it myself.

so I'm at Shea and the upgrade feature on this mlb ballpark app is giving me terrible upgrades. I must be doing something wrong .

I was simply suggesting that high strikeout high walk guys are going to be more susceptible to blow ups in high leverage spots. I guess I was wrong? Doesn't change the fact that being a fan is not rational, and regardless of the $tats a guy like Chapman raises the blood pressure a little.

But ya I'm sure as he was all over the place last year in game 7 you were super composed reminding yourself of Chapmans FIP.

Suck Bud Selig's cock, and still fail miserably while there.

These are the stats I am referring to.

Rivera with man on 1st and 0 outs. .548 OPS against
Chapman with man on 1st and 0 outs. .707 OPS against

Rivera with men on 1st and 2nd 0 outs. .515 OPS against
Chapman with men on 1st and 2nd 0 outs. 1.063 OPS against

Chapman is a much different pitcher with runners on base than without, and why is that. Because he has to have less than his best stuff for somebody to get on base in the first place.

When were you trying to do the upgrades in relation to the start of the game? At most stadiums I've checked the upgrades become available between 30 minutes and 2 hours before first pitch. Even at Chase Field, if I'm trying to upgrade to behind home plate, if I don't do it within a few minutes of them becoming available, I'm outta luck. At least on weekends. For weekday games they usually don't go as fast. I'm going to Tigers vs Dbacks tomorrow night and don't expect to have any trouble getting seats down behind the plate.

Is it the same cost to upgrade anywhere?
