the amazing thing is if this game took place in Baltimore he would not have brought chapman in at all (tied game on the road lmao) but at home he so badly wanted to force chapman in the game he was willing to lose the dh for the rest of the game and have a pitcher play first

Fair enough. I left my seat in between innings, then stopped to use the bathroom. Came out and the inning had started so I watched on tv on the concourse before heading to my car in the middle of the inning.

3rd game in 5 days with an Indy car race mixed in. I was beat, and had other things I needed to do this afternoon.

Awful news. There's no clear timetable for Syndergaard's return, but obviously he's facing a lengthy absence.
