Is there a rule about how the pitch must be thrown and from where? Set up an L screen 25 feet away and any little league coach dad bod guy can just feed them in. And then you can lazily swing with 50% effort and hit home runs on a field meant for 12 year olds.

Hahaha, well I'm gonna be 40 this year so I wanted somebody comparable and a reason to get back in the cage. Been considering playing in the over 40 league next year.
