Also Morton suddenly being great isn’t some inexplicable mystery. He picked up 3-4 MPH on his fastball and his swing and miss rate skyrocketed in response. Him being a 10 k/9 pitcher isn’t a fluke. The only shame is he’s pitching in the AL and not the NL where his whiff rate could approach 20% and he’d probably be the best pitcher not named Clayton or Max

So when I got The Show last year, I was placed on the As. It was the first time I had seen or heard of Daniel Mengden. I was convinced he was a fake player for a while because of his windup and goofy mustache.

They had two in the first inning, but yeah they look completely unbalanced. It's like they're guessing wrong on every single pitch Mengden throws. Gotta start stealing those signs again.
