im trying to build arm strength so i can crest 70mph again. ive got a set of bands w varying degrees of elasticity but i dont really have a gameplan on how to use them. do you have workout suggestions or a link that could set me down the right path? i can put up to 20mins daily into it. tia

He;s under contract to a Japanese team.

Is it so hard to imagine that he might be happier playing as a star in Japan, rather than struggling for a job in MLB?

Also, I love that Beltran has moved into the greybeard stage of his career.
