I've sent to all winners, and everyone who still owed me money has paid up. That wraps up things for this season. Thanks to all who took part in the no hitter pool, as well as to those who joined in for the squares.

Opening Day is right around the corner. Last year there were a record nine no-hitters. Two in April and four in May. Those ESPN break-in sweats will probably keep coming in high numbers this season. Let's get a 2022 pool going for the first time since 2019.

I'm thinking of simpler rules from the ec's OP in this thread.

The team that pitches the no-hitter receives 2/3 the pool and the team that has no hits receives 1/3 of the pool. The teams will be randomly assigned after each no-hitter.

The teams will be divvied up randomly. If we get 30 entrants, one team per entrant. 15 entrants, two teams per entrant. 10 entrants three teams, and so on. If it is an odd number multiple entries would be allowed to make the distribution correct.

We can talk about paying for two in advance just in case there are two in a short time period, but I'd rather just start at one $25(?) entry. I can escrow first round or if someone else is game, go for it.
