Yup, there have only been 2 no-hitters since 10/3/15. Arrieta had the only one in '16 and Edinson's is the only one from this year

Kinda ruins a no hitter pool.

Rich Hill perfect through 6. 64 pitches. Let's get this jinx going!

Unless I have either team.

I have Los Doyers.

I want to thank Kershaw for going on the DL and increasing my win equity.

Since this is basically a foregone conclusion, I'm willing to let you guys buy out for 80%.

Pains me to see him in a Dodger uniform. The Red Sox revived him and then let him walk cheap .

Not having to throw strikes is helpful.

What if Rich Hill pitches 9 1/3 and gets pulled ?

How does this work if no hitter through 9 but it goes to extras?

If a hit is given up its not a no hitter. Regardless of what inning it is.

Combined no hitters count. The team as a whole has to not allow hits.

Doesn't count if a hit happens in extra innings!

Just like Randy Johnson's 20 strike out game didn't count because it went extra innings.

Sweet. At least they'll have to carry it through 10 now

What if they lose with no hits given up?

I'll have to check the rules from the beginning of the thread, but pretty sure it counts.

I vote no.

Going 8.2 innings of no hit ball and losing is not a no hitter. imo.

You can give it to them this time, but going forward I say the rule should change.

Also, keeping hill in the game in the 10th would be silly, especially if they score in top 10th

I'm sweating like Trump at a spelling bee. Went back through the beginning of the thread and didn't see this situation addressed specifically.
