I didn't think of it at the time, and it was probably obvious to everyone else, but the Padres are the only team in SD now. The Clips and Chargers left, leaving a huge wealthy market with only one team. They should grab Keuchel and Kimbrel and take the West this year to get some buzz going.

Mets were in the NLCS a few years ago. Which is farther than any NL east team has been recently. Nats had arguably the best pitcher and offensive player in the game together for multiple years and ****ed a duck.
