Dude threw 7 shutouts in one season over 50 years ago.

That is interesting. There’s nothing they can do, either move the fences back or stop throwing balls into the stands every time somebody fouls it off.

What was the reasoning for thinking Shuck got drilled intentionally? I just tuned in to watch Hicks throw fire, and I took the Cards at +160 in between innings.

yadi Molina may be playing the field in the bottom half of the 11th because of tossing Carpenter. I think putting a RP in LF would be smarter.

Pirates opening day home game has maybe 15K attendance. Temp is in the low 40s, but they're used to that stuff.
