I can at least understand the Stanton one if you're worried about salary, but he's cheap as hell too!

I can at least understand it if it's an older player you expect to decline in the years it takes to rebuild, but he's 26!

Beyond ****ing terrible tv diredtion though. Ball driven into the gap, we see Bader diving to cut it off before it hits the wall, but before we see if he gets it or not, they cut to Gamel crossing the plate from 3rd base, and keep it on him for a couple seconds. ****ing terrible.

But what a delicious play.

Maddon is a ****ing idiot. tie game in extras guy on third 1 out. Maddon doesn't IBB the the batter to set up a dp. Or 2 batters to set up the force at home since he brought Zobrist in as a 5th infielder.
