It's not LeBron's fault that they have not played many very good teams along the way but it diminishes the accomplishment. The 2011 Pacers were pretty good I guess. Anybody else?

Klay and Draymond would've been better teammates than Wade and Bosh for Bron.

Klay instead of Wade is the reason.

Miami also never had the rim protection that GS does nor wing athletes like Iggy and Barnes. Battier was so old but he was helpful for a year.

The second year against the spurs is probably the only one where he was a significant dog to come out of the west. Even last year with no Kyrie/Love they played the Warriors as close as anyone did in the west

Dog or not, having significantly tougher competition decreases your chances by a huge margin. The Spurs as a whole have been better in the last 6 years and have made it twice. The West is a minefield.

Vs East: 218-92 (70.3%)

its certainly impressive. extremely impressive. but playing 2 or 3 7-game series vs a bunch of really good and loaded western conference teams, is different than playing regular season games and 7-game series against inferior eastern conference teams.

I think he makes it to 5 instead of 6, which is still mighty impressive. Unfortunately the casual media uses that to crucify him because he has consistently been on a top 2 team but only in certain years had the best one.

In order to make it to five out of six Finals in the West, we would have to change two out of the Mavs/Spurs/Warriors series to wins just because they took place in the Conference Finals instead of the NBA Finals, and we would have to assume he's going to beat whoever comes out of the West this year. The West is such a trap that it's being counted against SA that they didn't get out of the 1st round twice when that LAC team was better than any team Miami faced in their 4 years in the EC.

LeBron has choked in one finals. There's maybe two playoff series in his whole career that he's "choked" in

As Geoff said for example the Spurs have tons of horrible early round losses and many series which they were good size favorites in they lost. Somehow Pop/TP/Duncan etc don't get labeled chokers for losing them tho

Agreed with Wade and Bosh but you can't be of the opinion that Kyrie and Love suck and then call them 'all stars' and suddenly they're great players. Either they are or they aren't.
