The Astros as a team are hitting .271, which is obviously the top in MLB and nuts, and they are doing it with Altuve hitting .257. **** me.

Here are the 28 correct answers that were un-guessed by the participants!

I believe this is the list of batting title-qualified hitters, so there may be more that are over the 40 PA minimum threshold that don't show up on this list.

Cody Bellinger, .427
Tim Anderson, .385
Elvis Andrus, .365
Jeff McNeil, .355
Trey Mancini, .355
Hunter Dozier, .349
Paul DeJong, .342
Josh Reddick, .341
Jorge Polanco, .337
Melky Cabrera, .333
Nick Markakis, .333
Shin-Soo Choo, .330
Brian Goodwin, .329
David Peralta, .325
Yoan Moncada, .324
Dexter Fowler, .316

DJ LeMahieu, .310
David Fletcher, .307
Pete Alonso, .306
Carlos Santana, .300
Trevor Story, .300
Fernando Tatis Jr., .300

This question's SHEEP answer was played by 4 contestants. My boy Freddie Freeman has what is basically the ideal batted ball profile, with an excellent line drive rate and a spray chart to all fields. He's hitting .324 on the season.

Our next most popular answer was played by 3 players. I guess this just is what Christian Yelich is now, at least at home. He's carried his ridiculous 2nd half over to this year, and is the early lock front runner for NL MVP. He was lifted from Saturday's game with a back, and sat Sunday, but hopefully should avoid a trip to the IL. He's hitting .353.

Our next correct is a pair of 2-point answers. It's no surprise to see Mike Trout among the ranks of the corrects for this question, even if he just squeaked in at .305.

Trout went 2-4 yesterday to make it. He was under coming into Sunday's game.

WOOHOO!

1-4 obviously wouldn't have done it, I wonder if 2-5 would have.

Also played by 2 players, our next correct is Michael Brantley. His power and speed numbers aren't what they once were, but his rate stats are still doing just fine. He's hitting .312.

Question 3 closes with 3 aces. The Red Sox aren't off to a great start, but their cleanup hitter JD Martinez perennially lurks near the top of all the AL triple crown categories. He's also missed some time lately with a balky back, and he's hitting .340. This must have been a painful selection for our resident Yankee fan.

Our next ace is another reliable veteran. Anthony Rendon has started the season on quite a tear, hitting .356, which is good for 4th in the majors at the moment.

Our final ace is the face-meltiest. Willians Astudillo is currently on the IL, but he amassed 53 PA to qualify for the minimum for this question. As the anti-Three True Outcomes hero, he has 1 walk and 1 strikeout in those 53 PA's, and he's hitting .327.

With a SHEEP score of 4, plus 7 different corrects submitted, most incorrects will score 11 for this question.

Altuve backers will receive a score of 14 (7 + 7), and Murphy pickers will receive a score of 12 (5 + 7).

Only 5 perfect games remain, which is also the number of current members of the Trollface Memorial Club.

AND A NEW CHIPLEADER HAS EMERGED!

I seem to remember not going astudillo because I didn’t think he’d get enough at bats.

There was a period where I was worried he wouldn't get enough PAs.

I did the math and determined that as long as he started more than 1/3 the games he would get just enough, as the Twins like to pinch hit him. Good thing to as he needed a pinch hit single to get back over .300.

Our most popular incorrect answer was played by 7 contestants. JD Martinez is an OPS monster, and he's off to a fine start for the Red Sox this year. Unfortunately, his OPS just comes up short, at .891
