Mendenhall is impressively stupid.
Even if he somehow succeeds in his lawsuit, he is going to keep his ignorant tweets in the public eye longer and get a ton more crap for them.

Mike Vick has proven that if you just STFU and play well, the endorsements will come back. Suing seems like a a great way to scare off anyone who might have considered giving him a second chance.

Mendenhall has the IQ of a grapefruit but I don't think it's a dumb lawsuit. No one really cares and he'll never get a big endorsement anyway. RB's don't last long. You gotta get paid.

Does anyone actually think Haynes didn't cover their bases with termination language that would cover his statements?
