Also, what do you consider the Packers SB is worth considering it took the Bucs getting ****ed over by the officials in order to even get them into the playoffs?
It's pretty well-documented that the Packers were incredibly unlucky during the regular season. The amount of injuries they suffered is comical, not to mention the fact that they never trailed by more than 7 points at any point (first time it's happened since 1962). They were clearly better than their record showed...and the Bucs were clearly worse than their record showed (loleasy schedule).
They lost two pretty fluky games vs Chicago and Atlanta. They lost two games vs Miami and Washington w/o Matthews...and their pass rushed suffered severely (this was also the time that they were ambushed by injuries). And they lost two very winnable games w/o Rodgers vs Detroit and New England.
But yeah the SB win is obviously worth nothing because a flawed Tampa team got exposed, allowing a superior GB team to advance to the playoffs. The Bucs probably don't beat New Orleans if they had something to play for anyway.
