We had el chepo de la torre as head coach in the hex and the USA only beat us 2-0 in Columbus

basically we had the worst team in like 50 yrs(hex obv) and prolly the worst coach in mexican history and still we managed to qualify so this means that we would never miss a WC finals for now on

Sorry oigres, can't let you talk about Chepo like that. When the decision was made, he was clearly the best option. We won the Gold Cup with him and he took us to the Confederations Cup. And let's not forget that at the same time, he had to call up a team for Copa America where we ended up having three excellent performances with a C team. Pan American Games and Olympics should be credited to him also, not just to Luis Fernando Tena and the players.

If it weren't for my idol already managing TOLUCA right now, I'd happily take Chepo back. He's a top 5 manager here in Mexico.

Yes we do and I'm certain he will be on the squad when we play a few friendlies in Europe later this year. He was here in Mexico for a few days during the World Cup and he was cheering for the team on twitter, so seems like a good sign for us.

You got robbed from extra time maybe, also in the first half it was a 100% penalty, so it evens out, kinda sad you are still mad after a week..
