Clark, this thread is for the "few vocal posters with a strong anti-US bias". Most of the people here wouldn't taunt Mexicans they know or meet in person, especially if they're polite like most I know. Many, like me, weren't even rooting against the Mexicans, but certainly are going to laugh at a few ridiculous posters. Remember, this is the interwebz, not real life.

The main reason to LOL Mehico is due to the complete choke job of blowing a game up by 1 and losing in 90 minutes on a penalty. It's not like they took Holland to extra time and lost on PKs or something. This was LOLMehico at its finest.

Fair point, but the tone around here has been overly antagonistic on both sides and led to a material deterioration of the discussion. Many posters have complained about it. Maybe if more balanced perspectives were more common, people would dig in less and also troll less.

There is always time to lol at Cruizn. Say what you want though, he's passionate.
