Nah, the Lakers and Heat would be more closely matched than Mavs vs Heat....on paper.

Man 'heels just banged some truths up there ^^^.

Pau Gasol has been ok since his return, but tonight he's going to rise like a Phoenix from the ashes and show his lil bro what championship pedigree is all about. I'm thinking first quadruple double in 20 years will happen tonight.

God damn, the Lakers really do get every call/no-call ever. Clear, clear foul on that last drive by Conley.

Its definitely not jealousy as far as I'm concerned. I was a Laker fan in the 80s. My 2nd favorite team was Boston. I liked Philly too. I didnt really hate an NBA champion team until Detroit won it with Thomas, Rodman, Laimbeer & Mahorn because they were a bunch of pricks (fwiw, I did like Dumars). I liked watching the Bulls win all those titles and I liked Houston when they won a couple.

I pretty much just hate the Lakers now, mostly because Kobe is a rapist and a prick, plus I dont like Howard or Artest.

I'm not a Miami fan right now either, but I dont hate them.

I'm most jealous of OKC & SA, but I dont dislike either team & hope one of them wins it all this year.

This is a super cool ****ing story. I only wish I knew more about which teams were your favorites during different periods of your life. Any chance you can elaborate?

Please, explain more. What do bulk foul stats tell us about the NBA?

Clippers seem to be imploding a bit. Wow Mike D, you might want to open up your bench a bit sir.

True story. I always liked watching great basketball players (Bird, Parrish, etc.) & both teams had ties to MN (McHale).

This is just a short post to let you know that I have added heat maps to the shooting splits. Here is an example:

The coloring is based on points scored, so areas with fewer points scored will have a blue shade while areas with more points scored will have a red shade.

The heat maps are generated on the fly, so when you drill down into the shooting splits the heat map will update as well. Be advised that for players who take a lot of shots (e.g., Kobe Bryant in 2005-06), the heat map may take a second or two to appear after the page is finished loading.

LOL. Lakers get to play more home games than everyone besides the Clippers, and this is how their fans complain?

Unfortunately the thread is relying on the Jizz, which has been known to let down most of its members when it really counted in the past.
