I'm pretty sure a lot of teams have set up guys wearing opponents' uniforms for the mascots to pick on. Crunch the Wolf does stuff like that here in MN. Good entertainment imo.

Well, no Gasol and no Howard and they lost by 3 to the Spurs, that's practically a win.

why isnt nash not taking that 3 when the defense is designed to not give kobe a good look?

nash is a GOATish bomber

And wtf is pau doing shooting 3s as often as he does. I'm slowly losing confidence in my favorite team of all sports.
That's just not true at all (heck, even Dwight considers himself an undersized center)...and no, he's not 6'11. I just don't think he's coordinated enough to be a dominant post player. Just look how much smoother a 48-year Olajuwon is than a 25-year old (at the time) Dwight Howard:

the play design should have the option

11 sec with nash inbounding

natural design frees nash up as an option

anyway lakers just arent good

Bobbo really deserves a ton of credit for a really ballsy and accurate preseason callout he got slammed for suggesting the lakers were a fringe playoff team.

It's not. It's some guy who works for them. But it is still amazing either way.

But only losing to the Spurs by 3 on the road without HGH...is he the problem?

no! the problem is lack of effort and lack of communication on D and not hiring Phil

If they really miss the playoffs after arranging this super-duper team... I can't think of a bigger fail in sports, ever.

2004 Lakers were laughed at for losing the finals, this is at least 10 times worse. They got the best C itl and because that wasn't enough, they also got a 2-time MVP at the position that needed an upgrade most.

And these are the fuc*ing N-B-A playoffs, most teams make them!

HAHAHAHHAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

I wouldn't say Phil dodged a bullet, I'd say Mitch turned the gun on d'Antoni and unloaded.
