He should play for the league minimum to maximize his winning chances if he "really wants to win".

What's the point anyway if he foregoes 40M for a season (after taxes what like? 21-22M) when he's already a freaking billionaire. Keep chasing that never ending pile of money Lebron. That will surely cement your legacy in the NBA.

Yeah honestly I know most Lakers fans don’t think this way, but from an outside perspective it’s an objectively pretty nice and fun season.

Lakers weren't even supposed to be in the post season, then they're one of the last 4 teams standing.

And while they got swept by the nuggets, they were all games that went down to the wire. Catch a couple of breaks like Jokic not hitting his desperation 3s or AD not fouling that 3 point shot last night after the ball was released and this series could've been 2-2.

Amazing how much Westbrook f'd things up.
