Sorry that's poorly worded. The point I was clumsily trying to make is that years from now when they're talking about the EPL, will there be mention of the great Man City team of 2012? Doubt it, just like Blackburn won the EPL once upon a time but no-one really remembers, much less are they revered as being one of the all time great EPL sides.

City have only just started playing in Europe consistently. When mourinho took over Chelsea, they had been consistently playing in Europe and the CL
