Looking at dates this looks like ESPN initiated all this. Per the story the emails go to 2018 which is when the Raiders hired him.

Apparently ESPN is going through all emails to find anything like this. For a story? To punish people? Who knows.

Yea who could possibly know where they came from??? It’s not like it’s in the first paragraph of like every story or anything.

Eh, these came from an internal NFL investigation of WFT, and specifically Bruce Allen who was evidently Grudens boy. Allen is out of the league and they already fined Snyder and WFT, although I don’t think they officially “closed” it.

So there’s definitely a chance that other people are going to get busted shooting the **** with Bruce, on the other hand the NFL could burn the rest like the Spygate tapes.

Why did the Gruden ones come out? Dunno, maybe:
-They were so bad someone at the league actually thought he needed to go (LOL yea right)
-Someone leaked them and they knew they were coming out soon (probably)
-Goodell saw he got called a pussy behind his back all the time and got pissed (funniest one, imo)
-ESPN CONSPIRACY?????
