"I've just been repeatedly videotaped having consensual sex with Winston, perfect time for crying rape for making moneys and hiding the cheating from my boyfriend!"

Thank you for saying something about the vaginal tearing (uhh...why the quotes?)--you're the first "serious". I apologize for my condescending tone on that, you clearly didn't ignore it like everyone else did. The thing is an actual doctor who examined her judged it to be caused by a rape and not drunken sex (plus the "damning evidence" amounted to her not having much to drink anyway). That alone is enough to move beyond her recollection of some of the details of the evening, which I actually have addressed, even recently. Theorizing it away and chalking it up to "there are problems with both sides" pretty much does amount to victim bashing.

Itt "following the case" seemed mainly reading press leaks (including the affidavits which Winston's own roomate disavowed) by various parties who wanted the case to go away and salvage their reputations; Jameis Winston, Tallahassee PD, FSU, and even the prosecutor who didn't want to look weak for not going to court. Given the article about these entities' approach to anything involving players and lawbreaking, it is only reasonable to presume that her "interviews" with police amounted to suspect-style interrogations with the intent of intimidating her into going away and getting her to contradict her own story. Also consistent with the same cop telling Winston's attorney (yet not her) the case was closed, *after* telephoning Winston (lol) to ask him if he could come get questioned about this rape accusation, *after* telling the accuser he didn't want to approach Winston or anyone who was there about it because he didn't want to "tip them off", *after* telling her how much pressing charges would make her life miserable.

The thread bought a load of PR which was dubious all along and bro-bonded over Winston's threesomes and ability to womanize. Forest for the trees; it happens. Outside of this thread, most people look at the cover-up and assume where there's smoke there's fire. They refer to "the rape", not "the lying woman trying to frame an innocent football star".

Dids has continued to buy the Winston lawyer's latest accusations of extortion without any skepticism whatsoever, even suggesting it's high time Winston tries to get this menace charged with something. Same lawyer who wrote the phony affidavits and was obviously trying to get ahead of the next news cycle.

Yes, his behavior that has come to light since then has made him seem a lot more like someone who could commit a rape. That is not my problem and not something I need to contort to dismiss. Perhaps consider that as new information provided...it's just not provided straight from his attorney is all.

I think the girl who accused the star ACC football player of rape turned out to be lying in A Man in Full, so I'm gonna go with that.

I have several (shocking, I know), strongest one...I dunno really how to describe it I guess. wouldn't break a side window of a car but if it hit right it might chip it.

also have a full auto (yeaaaah) ak model. only shoots the plastic ones, but 7/second. needs charged a lot (electric) and you could shoot me with it from 20 feet away and if I had a hoodie on it wouldn't leave any marks...

How much do those cost, especially the ones that cause the kind of damage they apparently did?

Random thought, I've had a few brews. The one bb gun instant with Jameis and the other guy where they said they were shooting at squirrels... if, and with one QB's history of telling the truth this is a big if they were telling the truth, doesn't intentionally trying to harm an animal like that even raise a red flag about someone's character?

Car windows are extremely durable (safety glass). Common house windows would be much more likely to be broken by a pellet or bb gun.

Jimbo on the Jameis stuff today: "I don’t want a victim or anything, but there is no victim because there was no crime."

Since according to him "all the facts are out here" and "we've already been through this"

Seems like the wrong time to say these sort of things when the University itself called for an official review from outside sources a few days ago.

Florida State's compliance department is looking into whether Jameis Winston signed more than 340 items for an autograph authentication company linked to suspended Georgia running back Todd Gurley. A source tells ESPN's Darren Rovell and Mark Schlabach that Winston told Florida State HC Jimbo Fisher he did not sign items for money. But a search of James Spence Authentication's website revealed more than 340 certified Winston autographs. The same company certified more than 500 of Gurley's autographs. The source says Florida State is investigating how the company received such a large number of Winston signatures.

JSA authenticated 76 of the exact same Florida State logo footballs in order with serial numbers J65886 through J65962 and 70 of the exact same signed mini helmets in order with serial numbers J66829 through J66896. The company also authenticated 53 jerseys in row (J66947 through J67001), 38 11-by-14 photos (J66026 through J66064), 18 of the exact same footballs (J66919 through J66936) and 11 signed Rawlings baseballs (J66898 through J66911).

signatures were also apparently in the same spot on each, like a professional signing would go rather than fans handing him merchandise and signing different parts of something

I don't know what would be funnier; they suspend Winston and FSU smashes ND anyways or they suspend Winston after he plays ND and smashes them even worse.
